In order to meet the requirements of the troop for relay detection and security,and to further improve the efficiency of volume production and inspection of workshop,a millimeter wave system simulation and test equipment(referred to as 8371 simulation and test equipment)is developed independently by the factory.The 8371 simulation and test equipment is a part of automatic test system to complete system function and key indicator detection of a millimeter wave system.On the aspect of fault handling,It is able to assert whether the module failed and locate the fault at the shop-replaceable unit(SRU).As a project manager,I am responsible for the overall solution design,signal processing board development,and the schematic design of signal processing board,FPGA program devolopment,system test is also completed.The main contributions of this dissertation are as follows:1.In this paper,According to the project requirements,the general scheme of 8371 simulation and test equipment is demonstrated,and the system solution and module scheme of the equipment are introduced.Secondly,the display control module and the signal processing module are described in detail,including the hardware design and the software design of signal processing.2.Some key technical principles and implementation of the display control module and the signal processing in the equipment are described in detail.There are some contents are presented as follows: The implementation of system timing and punctuality with MCU,The implementation of SPI module with FPGA,Detection and implementation of DDS function,USB interface pulse counting function,Program dynamic loading function,etc.3.The debug of hardware and software of 8371 simulation and test equipment have been completed as well as the test for the system function and technical index,including the output of frequence signal,power signal,TR controling signal,channel controling signal and interfaces testing.It is convinced that the system meets the development requirements according to the result of test.There are some assignments to be completed in the future: Firstly the software platform may be constructed on the abundant virtual instrument hardware,which could reduce cost and be easy to expand hardware.Secondly,General-purpose components will be developed such as standard hardware,standard module and software algorithm with the development and use of CBB(Common Construct Block)of the company.
