The Design Of The Millimeter Wave Black Box Test System

In this thesis,the millimeter-wave black-box testing system,which is a kind of semi-physical simulation system,is mainly used in the indoor measurement of the interference performance of the millimeter wave jammer.The system principle is based on the test conclusions of the jammer interferencing passive millimeter wave detector.In the testing system,by arranging the equivalent attenuating dielectric material,achieves the purpose of the indoor measurement of the interference performance of the jammers.The test system mainly consists of the shielding black box,medium attenuation area,modulation device,test platform,passive millimeter wave detectors and PC computer software.Firstly,the working principle of the passive millimeter wave detectors and the principle of the jammer are discussed.Based on these,the whole scheme of the millimeter-wave black box test system is given,and then the equivalent mathematical model of passive millimeter wave detectors detecting the jammer are built.Secondly,based on the theories of electromagnetic wave propagation,electromagnetic wave shielding and absorbing materials,the thesis designs the mechanical structure of the shielding black-box of the millimeter-wave black-box test system,simulates and analyzes the performance of millimeter wave equivalent attenuating media,calculates the performance of the silence zone,in the end,completes the design of millimeter-wave test black-box.Next,the thesis introduces the hardware and software design of the millimeter wave black box test system.The hardware design of the test system mainly includes passive millimeter wave detectors,millimeter jammer,signal acquisition and processing module,modulation device control module,test platform module.Software design includes the embedded system software design and host computer control software design.Finally,the design of the millimeter-wave black-box test system is completed and the basic functions of each module are realized.The jamming effect of the jamming machine is tested.By comparing and analyzing the results of black-box test system,field test data and mathematical simulation,the system works well.
