The Design And Implementation Of The Automatic Hydrological Forecast Systemsin Sanakham Hydropower Project

The automatic hydrological forecast systems are applying telemetry,communication,hydrology forecast,computer and internet technologies to realize the real-time collection,transmission and management of the hydrology,meteorology and project operation in the river basin.In addition,this system could provide hydrological information for the automatic information system of project construction and commercial operation.This paper focuses on the design and implement of the automatic hydrological forecast systems in Sanakham hydropower project,a cascade hydropower project which is located in Laos PRD.As a kind of low-cost,short period and effective flood control measure for hydropower projects,the automatic hydrological forecast systems act a vital role in the whole project.This paper focuses on the current situation to analysis the ACS300-MM data collector in the automatic hydrological forecast systems of Sanakham hydropower project.Also as the requirement,the automatic hydrological forecast systems will be applied in Sanakham hydropower project.The system is based on software engineering theory,and is module-based on a C/S architecture.The system modules comprise User login module,data collection module,data transmission module and data process module.After data collection from the system sensors,measurement,storage and signaling by the data acquisition,the water forecast could be collected as well as transition and management by the automatic hydrological forecast systems.In addition,the rainfall,hydrology and flood evolution trend of the upstream dam site could be under the control of the automatic hydrological forecast systems.As a result,the relevant works could coordinate with remote-control central station so as to provide support information for the construction,operation,and management departments.The implementation of automatic hydrological forecast systems in hydropower projects could undertake hydrology telemetry and flood forecast in time,which meets the user requirement during the construction and operation of hydropower project.With the strengthen of "One belt one road" policy,according to specific host country situation,the automatic hydrological forecast system shall be architecture to meet the actual requirement of overseas hydropower project flood forecast and operation management.
