The Design And Implementation Of County Flood Prevention And Forecast System Based On DEM

Flood disaster is one of the most serious natural disasters in the world,we pay more attention to the original river area,key flood control flood monitoring,forecasting,early warning and defense,but the flood forecast information system for city inland and non key flood control zone construction investment.According to the Jiangyan District of Taizhou city is lack of hydrological data of digital archives,short duration of flood forecasting difficult situation,research the establishment of flood forecast system of county digital platform based on DEM,the realization of digital and intelligent control of business processes,improve the timeliness and accuracy of flood forecasting.This topic introduces the current situation of flood forecasting infonnatization at home and abroad,and briefly introduces the geographical location,meteorology,hydrology information,engineering facilities for flood control and flood control plan of Jiangyan.According to the Jiangyan flood control and flood characteristics and difficulties,considering the topography and climate characteristics of Jiangyan area,a distributed flood forecasting model based on DEM is established,and the DEM bilinear interpolation algorithm is improved to reduce the DEM interpolation error in the study area,and to extract the digital watershed and draw a molecular watershed.The forecast uses the Xin'Anjiang model,each sub basin is used as a calculation unit to calculate the evapotranspiration calculation,runoff calculation,water source division calculation and the confluence calculation of the sub basin area,and then obtain the flood forecast data outlet of each sub basin,and then uses Muskingum method for channel routing and flood forecast data so as to obtain the sub basin to basin outlet.Finally,the overall design of flood control and prediction system is carried out,and the main functions of data management,flood forecasting,flood early warning and system management are given in detail.This system enhances the ability of flood prevention and forecast in the county,improves the information level of flood prevention and forecast,and provides scientific basis for flood control decision.
