Hydrological information is the most important basic information for water management,hydrological forecasting, water management,flood control and drought relief decision-makingbasis.Automatic hydrological forecast system is an automated collection, transmission,processing real-time forecasting of hydrological information system,the water situation withinthe reservoir basin,hydrological and meteorological data such as rainfall,flow level,real-timecollection and processing,and through the wireless transmitted to the reservoir schedulingmanagement system,analysis and judgment made by the scheduling management systemprovides data display,trend curves,flood warning and alarm functions,thereby enhancing thedecision-making level of the reservoir operation and management.Traditional regime automatic measuring system for detection of a single reservoir andmultiple reservoirs within a wide range of real-time monitoring, and can not form a unifiednetwork.With the continuous development of information technology and reservoirmanagement comprehensive automation and information, we based on WEB and ASP.NETtechnology, the completion of a dynamic web site design, the existing hardware and softwareto monitor the perfect combination, so that the reservoir monitoring standardization, network.Client managers anywhere, anytime query and access real-time information of the reservoir,regardless of domain and geographical constraints,provide a reliable basis for decision-makersmake the right scheduling decisions.In this paper, the development of WEB based automatic measuring system, the hardwarepart of the detailed design, including data collection terminal plan, sensor, main controlcomputer and other equipment selection, comparison and selection of communication networkand the data acquisition mode determining. The software part of Microsoft’s ASP.NET as thedevelopment platform,with the Microsoft Visual Studio.NET2003as the developmentenvironment, C#development language, SQL Server2000as background database, user login,developed news announcements, reservoir real-time information query, query statements,early warning management, system management6modules,The reservoir real-time information query and report query as the main module, warning the query on the homepageof the early warning platform relization. The user of the client can see through real-time querycurrent time information of rainfall, reservoir water level information and a variety of curves.Report query includes daily report, monthly report,annual report and of the basic information,clearly shows the rainfall, water level, average rainfall and average level, the report not onlycan view the current time information, can also access history information.Through the WEB technology to realize the automatic measuring system, the realizationof the client through the Internet to browse the data on the server, realize the reservoir waterand rainfall information query of digital, networked, realize the comprehensive automation ofreservoir is an important part,but also the future development of water conservancyinformatization direction,this paper expatiates the system can be convenient to carry out waterand rainfall information query,update and maintenance,operation sex is strong, strongflexibility.
