To be specific, it can manage information announcement, on-lineregistration, personal information, on-line test, datagram printing, item banking, generalquery and etc.. Java EE will be used as the platform to realize the system and MySQLwill be applied as the backend database. The system will be designed and analyzedbased on data. The MVC framework of B/S model will be used in the system so thatusers can get access to it at any given time and place. Meanwhile, the system hasextendibility and replicability, which makes it adaptable to need of increasing training.The system can play a supporting role in college teacher’s qualification training. Iteven can be an effective substitute of the traditional management system. The systemmakes it possible for trainees to send an application on line and get on-line training atany given time and place. At the same time, it can standardize the professional work ofthe staff and raise their work efficiency and work quality.
