Multi-element antenna wireless broadband receiver is an important branch of wireless receiver.Wireless communication technology is widely used in navigation,radar and sonar.With the maturity and development of wireless communication technology,people's demand for receiver performance is increasing day by day.This thesis focuses on the design and implementation of a high performance RF front-end circuits in Multi-element receiver.The system can process the RF signal with the range from 200MHz to 2.0GHz.For the receiver,the thesis first introduces the key indicators relevant to RF front-end.And then,combining with the design requirements demonstrate our solution.Following by systematic evaluation and feasible analysis to evaluate the scheme of local oscilator,the gain of intermediate frequency amplifier and the way of system phase compensation.Finally,the paper propose the design overall program.For resolve the phase inconsistency problem,the paper adopt time delay compensation to offset phase difference.And the paper analysing the reason led to the error,deducing the phase compensation formula,establishing the structural model,testing the system phase inconsistency error,and finally meeting the requirements of the technical indicators.Through the actual measurement,the wireless wide-band signal that can be processed by current designed range from 200MHz to 2.0GHz.The system can detect the minimum signal for-80dBm.Receiver dynamic range can be achieved:-80dB to-26dB.And Multi-element antenna can meet the requirement as amplitued-phase consistency.Amplitude inconsistency error is 1dB.Phase inconsistency error 1~o.
