With the development of radar systems such as phased array radar,digital array radar,the number of radar receiver channels is also gradually increasing.As an important part of the radar system,the receiver subsystem needs to carry out the necessary tests on the multi-channel amplitude-phase characteristics in the development and manufacture of radar.The traditional measurement of radar receiver needs jointing many instruments together,resulting in high cost,low in test efficiency and accuracy.Therefore,it is urgent to have a high integration,good versatility and expansibility instrument to complete the automatic testing of the amplitude-phase characteristics of radar multi-channel receiver.To reduce the test complexity,the radar multi-channel receiver amplitude-phase characteristics analysis software is devolped in this thesis,which is based on the high performance microwave spectrum analyzer conducted on the project of "National Major Scientific Instrument and Equipment Development",led by CETC 41 st institute.Firstly,the requirements for radar multi-channel receiver amplitude-phase characteristics analysis software are investigated deeply,and the whole design of software is put forward in this thesis: the software adopts the VS2010/MFC framework,SP++ and FFTW signal processing library,VISA library,SCPI command set,LAN interface,and Tee Chart Active X charting control to develop;in accordance with the bottom-up structured design method and the design concept of modularization,the software is divided into display module,interface module,analysis module and correction module,to simplify development process and improve development efficiency.Secondly,this thesis focuses on the test and analysis methods of radar multi-channel receiver amplitude-phase characteristics parameters: this thesis introduces the methods of spectrum analyzer read directly,window spectrum analysis and correction to measure amplitude characteristics;the thesis studies the theory of multi-tone signal testing,to realize the phase characteristics test of channel with frequency converter;and the parameters of the channel stability,isolation,amplitude consistency are given a specific measurement.Thirdly,the realization of each module of the software is described in detail: the display module gives the analysis results in the form of charts,the window realizes the docking and multiple layouts in any position in the form of tabs;the interface is used for communication between software modules,software and data files,software and external instruments,and realizes functions of automatic test and test results storage;the analysis module is used for the analysis of single channel amplitude-phase characteristics and inter-channel characteristic parameters of radar multi-channel receiver;the calibration module is used to reduce system test error.Finally,a set of test cases is executed to verify the correctness of the software' s function.The software designed in this thesis has high usability and running stability,friendly interface,and small testing error,which realizes the one-touch automatic test of radar multi-channel receiver amplitude-phase characteristic.The software extends the function of traditional spectrum analyzer and makes it more applicable to the radar field,so as to enhance the competitiveness of similar products abroad.
