Research On CMMI-based Development Process Management Of Visitors Service Project For Large-sized Facilities

The construction level of open large-sized scientific facilities is an important symbol of the development of a country's basic research.The European Organization for Nuclear Research(Be abbreviated as CERN),has an important influence in the field of international large-sized scientific facilities.Its informationization management and application system has been widely used for many years.In the context of the implementation of the "Pioneer Initiative" program in the Chinese Academy of Sciences,Institute of High Energy Physics(Be abbreviated as IHEP)is pushing forward the informatization construction of scientific research management steadily.This paper briefly introduces the status quo of management informationization of relevant scientific research institutions at home and abroad,analyzes visitors' administration and informationization construction's status and the problems in the management process.Based on the Capability Maturity Model Integration(Be abbreviated as CMMI)model management system,a commonly used theoretical model for software development process management,and the main problems in the development process of IHEP informationization,the paper provides direction for the development process of visitors service management system by CMMI's theoretical framework.It focuses on the specific practice about requirements management,progress control and system test.According to the characteristics of visitors service system,in the requirement analysis and management,this paper mainly uses the QFD model and the requirements tracking matrix and other methods,in the estimates of development scale,a method based on group decision making is adopted,and the institutionalization process has been stipulated for overall progress and sub work.All of these provide a solution for the implementation of the project.This paper studies the development process management of CMMI-based visitors service management system,explores the general idea of software development project management and the process method of business function realization for IHEP's informationization construction,and has developed a series of project management process documents for project team.It also supports reference template and experience for business management,control and function realization in the future,brings convenience to visitors and improves the efficiency of staff for visiting business at the same time.It also benefits for the further construction of IHEP's international competitiveness of the open large-sized scientific facilities and provides a research ideas and reference about the target of the process of digital,maximizes the efficiency of equipment management work.
