The Research On People's Livelihood Resource Management Platform

People's livelihood issue has always been the most attractive topic to the ordinary people.It is the foundation to build a harmonious society,and maintain the long-term peace,stability for any country.To completely solve the current deficiency of people's livelihood,we must speed up the reform and innovation of the basic system,and finally build a sound and effective social management system.The people's livelihood resource management system is a platform which covers different fields and contains a wide range of data.All the reasons above make the system become a really difficulty but also a meaningful project,and the first priority among the people's livelihood departments across the country for now and later works.At present,the people's livelihood resource systems in our country have achieved some positive results.While there are still some disadvantages among them,such as the inconsistent construction level,the weakness in the information collecting and cleaning.These disadvantages perform as following situations:lack of professional workers,poor quality of basic data,much but useless duplication of system development,disintegrated operational processes,disunity in standard of database and business platform.Base on the special background and characteristics of XXX country,this paper summarize the main problems and gaps and then demonstrate the feasibility of the people's livelihood resource management platform in the country level,and finally make a overall construction plan.At first,this paper introduces the research background,research significance,social status and technology status of the people's livelihood resource management platform,and points out the existing problems and gaps at the present.Secondly,this paper introduces the main functions and business processes of the system of the people's livelihood resources management platform in the county's Information Center,and analyzes the functional requirements and performance requirements of the system.Based on the demand of the overall design of the system to combine different platforms,architectures and functions of different business systems organically through the transmission of messages,to complete information exchange among the various departments.Then the main functions and flow of the modules are introduced in detail such as application support platform,application system design and network system design.Besides,the key technology of the system design is introduced.The system met the needs of this paper is designed through the use of web development technology,J2EE three tier architecture,CSS,database and data mining and so on.
