In this paper non-lineal 3 dimensions Concrete structural temperature field and stres; field is simulated during pouring by using finite element method. It takes long time (usually about many mouths and years) to pour the Mass Concrete structure. On this process, many physical, chemical, and dynamical changes will be happened. These changes will bring to complex responses of time process. To design reasonable structures, these complex responses must be analyzed completely. The mass concrete structural pouring may be concluded in structural time Analysis of many transient physical fields coupling. These couplings is following:1. Transient temperature field comes from changes of boundary conditions and the heat which is produced by the concrete chemical reactions with the water during the mass concrete pouring. The transient temperature loads will be loaded on the concrete structure by the temperature field.2. Because the changes of the concrete structure dynamics properties will happen during pouring process, the responses are the transient responses. For example, the elastic modules.3. Cramp properties of the concrete.4. Volume strains are produced by the chemical reaction during the pouring and the changes of temperature.5. The other transient loads. All these facts mentioned above usually act at the same time, and they could produce couple reaction. For example, elastic modules and chemical reaction velocity will be changed by the temperature. These physical and chemical couplings lead to a very complex transient process during the concrete pouring. Based on the common-purpose flat of ANSYS, the macro file, which can simulate the concrete pouring, is compiled in this paper by using ANSYS Parametric Design Language (APDL) and many internal functions of ANSYS.
