Design And Research Of Control System For Concrete Block Molding Equipment Based On DSP

Under the background of rapid development of building material in China and along with the implementation of national wall change policy,our country is developing energetically environmental protection and energy saving concrete block,which is used to replace clay brick with many disadvantages.However,the shortcomings of low automation,high failure rate and poor stability are widely existed in the production equipment of domestic concrete block,besides,it is expensive to introduce foreign advanced concrete block production equipment and it's easy to form a technical dependence on the external.So,China needs to raise the level of independent research,design and manufacture of related equipment to meet the needs of market development.This paper focuses on the research of the production line of QMT type concrete block forming machine,gives the overall design of the control system and designs an automatic control system of production line block forming machine with F2812 DSP chip when the working principle and control requirements of the line are analysed.The key technology,such as the communication between the upper and lower position computer,the voice prompt,touch panel control and PC software development were put emphasis on research.It provides theoretical basis for the correct design of the control circuit after the research of the bidirectional thyristor inductive load circuit.This paper has completed the design of control circuit board,the preparation of related control program and the development of PC monitoring software.Debugging at the experiment indicated that:The automatic control system of concrete block production line designed has achieved the desired function,the functions of voice prompt,touch panel control and remote monitoring of host computer are realized.In a word,it has good practicability and meets the demand of actual production.
