The curing conditions of concrete have obvious effects on its strength and early performance. With the same ratio of material and the construction methods, the early performance of concrete depends on curing temperature and curing humidity. Therefore, it has great significance to control the temperature and humidity of the curing room.This paper is aimed to expound the software and the hardware design of the control system in the constant temperature and humidity. This system is based on the 16-bit microcontroller MSP430F149, using 1-Wire digital temperature sensors to collect the temperature of the curing room. A keyboard is used to be an input device for user operating and controlling. A dot-matrix LCD display is designed as the terminal display module to show the temperature, humidity and related information. According to the data of temperature and humidity detected, the system controls the peripheral devices to heat or cool.At the same time, in order to achieve the purpose of remote control, the system can send the temperature data and humidity data to computer through RS-485.The system will be privated with features of convenient operation and friendly interface.First, the paper describes the development of curing technology and application requirements, especially the curing technology based on single chip.Second, on the basis of the functional requirements of system, the paper gives the overall design of the software and the hardware. Next, the hardware designed was fixed and the PCB board was debugged successfully. Then the paper describes the process of designing the software, and the realization of some main algorithms ware analyzed in detail.Finally, the paper analyses the process of system debug, and gives a summary of the paper.
