| Archives are records keeping and management mechanism, is the main body of the national archives, the real value is not only keep the history and annals is yew, is hidden in the data file is the full development and utilization.Yangzhou Municipal Archives since the last century 50’s since the construction of the Museum, as other public archives, experienced simple file resources "storage warehouse" to "comprehensive utilization service system", in the play of the party and the government to play an important file and other basic functions, make a due contribution.However, with the development of social economy and freedom and consciousness of right, the demand of cultural information is increasing, under the background of the socialist market economy system and the construction of service oriented government, public archives to expand their social service function, and strengthen the construction of service system has no delay.The improvement of service system construction of Public Archives, for the new period Yangzhou City Archives better fulfill their duties, improve public service ability, promoting the prosperity and development of socialist culture has a very important practical significance.In this paper, using literature research method and statistical investigation method, starting from the present situation of the construction of the service system of the archives in Yangzhou, combined with the development trend of Public Archives, from the perspective of Public Management Science, system analysis of Yangzhou City Archives Service System Framework, puting forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions:integrated resources improving public service quality of Archives; riching the collection, meeting the needs of social strata; enhancing the quality and expanding the archives of composite personnel; increasing service means, building archives information platform and developing cultural products and building the city memory display center; innovative services, expanding the leisure service function of Yangzhou archives. |
