According to the report of China Information Industry Network,by the end of 2015,the number of mobile Internet users in China reached 790 million,an increase of 8.4% over the same period of last year,and reached 58% of the total population.It has entered a period of steady growth and continued to grow from the infiltration of mobile networks in lower-tier markets and access of intelligent network terminals.With the popularization of smartphones,Internet users in our country are now more inclined to use the mobile phone to directly access the Internet,and the contact rate of mobile reading continues to increase substantially.With the rapid development of smart phones,APP is not only a type of software on smartphones,but also a part of our daily life.Mobile reading provides great convenience for people's life.And at the same time,because of the wealth of information in the Internet age,the cost of choice time increases for many choices,making it possible to pay for knowledge,the willingness of the user to pay for personal search alternatives,The appearance of time also goes its way.In an era of limited information and limited energy,how to quickly obtain valuable information has become a widespread problem for people.Faced with such a large amount of information,do not want to spend too much time to find the information they need to become a consensus,and most free reading APP does not meet people's pursuit of fast,accurate,high quality,no advertising needs,and pay Reading APP is basically to meet the needs of people for these characteristics,which makes paid reading APP has room for development,which quickly emerged.In theoretical research,at present,both academia and mobile Internet media industry are still in the stage of exploring the profit model.The author through the study of existing literature found that at present there are many theoretical circles on a separate study of paid reading APP case,but the lack of multidimensional comparative study.Through a series of methods such as case study,comparative study,investigation method and interview method,this study compares paid reading APPs and examines the development rules and the future development trends.This research conducted a comprehensive survey of paid reading APPs to deepen people's understanding of paid reading APPs and help to improve the future development of paid reading APPs.The survey is divided into six parts:The first part introduces the research background,the development of paid reading app,the research content,methods and research purposes and significance.The second part mainly sort out the current research status quo.The third part is the paid reading app in the life of college students survey design.Including the design of the questionnaire,research methods and the results of the study conducted a sample analysis.The fourth part is the interview research and result,mainly introduced interview method and interview object.Obtained the interview results and discussed.The fifth part is a case study that confirms the previous research.The sixth part is the conclusion of the study.I hope this study can play a foreshadowing and exploratory role for the related research on paid reading app in the future.
