The rapid development of social economy has made the demand for high-knowledge talents more and more,and knowledge anxiety has aroused people's strong desire to learn.People are eager to improve their own quality in order to achieve longer-term development.On this basis,the gradual improvement of the mobile Internet,the gradual change of user needs and social methods,and the maturity of the online payment system have promoted the rise of the We Chat paid knowledge community.Compared with the one-to-one communication in the traditional knowledge counseling form,the We Chat paid knowledge community realizes cross-level group communication,which is easier to achieve multi-level communication effect and has strong influence.The We Chat paid knowledge community can help people get rid of the limitations of time and space,and even use the fragmented time of eating,walking,and taking public transportation to learn and enrich themselves,so that they can get a certain sense of improvement.As an emerging virtual community,the We Chat paid knowledge community is still in the development stage.How to effectively operate to improve user retention and effective participation is still a problem in many communities.There is also a lack of research on this type of society in academic research.An empirical study of the group.Therefore,this paper takes the We Chat paid knowledge community “ Mint Reading ” as anexample,based on the participatory observation method and the questionnaire survey method,discusses the composition characteristics,operation mode and user maintenance strategy of the community,with a view to the similar community.Development can help.Start with the development of the community,study the components and operation modes of the “Mint Reading” community,and explore how the “ Mint Reading ” can be targeted by analyzing the community components and identifying the value of the community and the target users.Operate to achieve lasting growth in the community.Secondly,it focuses on analyzing the strategy of “Mint Reading” for effective user maintenance from the perspective of user maintenance.The greater the value that the community can bring to users,the higher the user's and community's adhesion,the higher the community's activity,and the more vital the community's vitality.User support for the community directly affects the visibility of the community,and the powerful energy generated by the user can enhance the market value of the community to a certain extent,bring more direct economic benefits to the community,and realize users and communities.A win-win situation,therefore,the number of community users and the loyalty of users directly determine the influence of the community.Finally,it discusses the problems in the development of “Mint Reading” and proposes a targeted strategy.“Mint Reading” should vertically segment knowledge and provide appropriate incentives based onproviding high-quality content,while achieving online and offline Linkage and build a professional team.In other words,only by increasing the user experience and constantly upgrading the user experience can we meet the needs of different users,enhance the appeal of the community,increase user loyalty,and maintain its own advantages in the fierce competition.
