In ICU,the patient is in critical condition,the disease is complex and changeable,and may have serious complications,many of which are in a coma,these patients need time for infusion therapy and life care.Nursing staff in addition to the patient to carry out the necessary care,infusion,injection,but also to observe the patient's vital signs,record their heart rate,blood pressure,body temperature,etc.The workload of nursing staff,in the work may also go wrong,the effect of the patient's treatment.Therefore,the infusion monitoring system for ICU critically ill patients is particularly important.In order to achieve unified management of body fluid of patients with the intake of infusion monitoring system,help control patient care timely and accurate the infusion speed and the total,comprehensive condition of different patients with individualized treatment;the total injection speed and per unit time of transfusion transmission real-time and accurate monitoring and record the patient at the same time,avoid the infusion of multiple drugs,causing the amount of liquid over the patient load,reduce the complications caused by drug infusion is not balanced;the input order of different drugs to the unified management of the medical staff and patient input speed,is conducive to enhancing drugs(such as antibiotics)to regulate the use,increase the efficacy of drugs,to avoid drug interactions the changes of fluid balance;there is conducive to the dynamic observation of the patient's medical staff,convenient condition analysis;combined with the digital,can reduce Nursing workload,saving manual record time,reduce nursing errors,have more time to do other nursing work.The system is developed by C#,and the database is SQLServer2008.It has been put into clinical trial.The design of the functional surface has reached the final design requirements,and has provided a convenient and efficient infusion monitoring platform for the hospital.
