The Construction And Implementation Of The Internal Control System Of The CX Radio And Television Network Company

In recent years, many networks have been illegally invaded in the telecommunications industry, and some problems have been malicious tampered by some offenders, which had a bad effect on the overall image of the telecommunications and national security. The main reasons are the corporate internal control system is not complete, the equipment is not tested regularly, and the management is not standardized. The telecommunications industry to adapt to information technology, international, market-oriented in the new situation and the economic environment, must build a sound, tight internal control system.This article draws on domestic and foreign scholars on the forefront of internal control theory, combined with the current status of internal controls in the CX Radio and Television Network Company, analyzing the current internal control system’s problems, to propose some measures to construct and implement the internal control system of the CX Radio and Television Network Company. By combining with both theory and practice and making use of the method of case analysis, this article explores the internal control mode within the framework of the state-owned enterprises in order to build the operational internal control system for the CX Radio and Television Network Company and ultimately achieve sustainable development of the CX Radio and Television Network Company.
