| Soil is one of the basic elements of human life, but the state of the environmental pollution in all of the country is increasingly serious and the overall situation of soil pollution is not optimistic with the rapid development of China's economy. The soil heavily polluted area and high-risk areas have emerged in some areas such as heavily polluted enterprises or industry-intensive areas, mining area and surrounding areas, urban, peri-urban and so on. The soil pollution is from the exhaust gas, semage, garbage, esticides, fertilizers and other aspects of pollution. The types of soil pollution are various and the coexistence of old and new pollutancts is presented. Among them, the heavy metal pollution has a long potential threat and is difficult to control which is likely to waste large areas of soil. More seriously, pollutants are absorbed into the food chain crops which can threat human health. So there is an urgent need to analyze the factors of soil pollution, however, the trational analysis tools can't achieve the purpose of spatial analysis. With the rapid development of information technology,3S (RS, GIS, GPS) and spatial database technology in soil spatial data management and analysis reflect the advantages of fast and efficient. Therefore, the modern application of improving the soil management and analysis level has become a trend with the time chage. The essay takes Yunnan Province for example. Yunnan Environmental Monitoring Center has investigated a variety of monitoring projects and gets a series of data. In this paper, the management and analysis system of Yunnan Province soil pollution information is developed based on the above data, Visual studio 2005(VS 2005) as development platform, C# as the development language, ArcEngine as the secondary development embedded components, SQL Server2005 as the database. The main content includes the following three aspects. The first, design and build database. The database can be divided into the spatial and attribute database. The two kinds of database are management in a unified approach to achieve the interaction between them.(1) Spatial Database. The situation of Yunnan soil pollution is analyzed in terms of city/country, different land use types/different soil types. The spatial databases include the following information:1718 sampling points, the state sector, the city of Yunnan, Yunnan County community, provincial boundaries, mineral resource, which are managed by a unified spatial database.(2) Attribute Database. The attribute database includes the detail information of inorganic pollution enements, physical and chemical data corresponding to 1718 sampling points and the properties database corresponding to the spatial database. The second, the architecture of soil pollution management system. The datanase management system which includes attribute and spatial data management function can be obtained based on the C# language and ArcEngine development methods. Using this development approach, the soil resource management information system can be run separating with the professional software environment which can improve the quantification of soil resource, model and the standardized management. So the system can lay a good foundation for the soil resource manament decision-making.The third, the spatial analysis of soil pollution factors. The spatial analyses include the distribution trends of the thirteen inorganic pollution elements as the longitude, latitude, altitude, the correlation analysis of the thirteen inorganic pollution elements with 13 kinds of background elements, distribution of mineral resource, pH, mechanical composition, land use types, organic matter.Through the design for the spatial analysis system of Yunnan soil pollution, the pollution area, characteristics, causes and major pollution factors can be obtained which can help to submit strategies and recommendations of soil pollution control. It plays a significant role in the province's soil environmental funvtion zoning and soil pollution prevention plan. |
