Development Of Outpatient Management System For Small-medium Sized Hospital Based On Cloud Computing

Were getting more and more inseparable from information technology nowadays.Information Management Systems are applied to everywhere in the process modern management.Speaking of adoption of IMS,only some large hospitals have the ability to adopt information management systems.Small-medium sized hospitals cannot choose their own information management systems due to the expensive development costs.They cannot maximize their talents,so there are some problems posed such as waste of medical resources and inefficient work.It's necessary to develop a well-run outpatient management system for small-medium sized hospitals.The IMS should be easy to maintain,and suitable for hospital needs.The information management system can reduce staff workload,improve the work efficiency and the quality of service of hospitals.This paper focuses on the design and development of hospital outpatient information management system based on cloud computing.We design and develop the whole system including the server on cloud and application on mobile phone.The main work of this paper is as follows:1.Put forward the system requirements combined with the hospital's actual business process analysis.Model the participants of the system and their activities in the system using UML use-case-analysis.Model system data using the entity diagram.Model the outpatient business process using data flow diagram.2.Propose the architecture of the hospital outpatient information management system based on cloud computing.It includes the server running on cloud and the application running on mobile phone.3.Implement the hospital outpatient information system.We implement the server using JSP and J2EE based on MVC framework and the mobile client application based on Android.4.This paper ended by the test for this system.Test results show that this system has the advantages of stable,accurate,friendly user-machine interface,and easy to operate.It's suitable for hospital in terms of daily operation and management.It will support and speed up the informationized process of hospitals.This paper designs and develops an outpatient information management system for small-medium sized hospitals based on cloud computing.It achieves the goal of informationization of outpatient service,and it allows patients to make outpatient appointments by mobile phone.This hospital outpatient information management system improves the efficiency of the hospital,it has a very important application value and practical significance.
