Design And Implementation Of Military Hospital Outpatient Management System

Along with the rapid development of hospital information technology, hospital management system is favored by more and more hospitals. In our country, hospital information system (HIS) was widely used in the last century, and the beginning of this century.31%of the all hospitals had their own HIS and it was80%in east China.The major role of military hospital is to heal wounded soldiers in the time of war. And in years of peace, the military hospital is similar with the ordinary hospital. The main functions of the HIS include handling attendance cards, recharge, registered triage, the doctor-patient station, and emergency medical station and so on. At the same time, due to the gradual improvement of people’s health awareness, prediction of hospital outpatient services should be the main function of the out-patient management. According to the amount of the outpatient of a hospital in the last72months, we will predict the amount of next year’s patients. And advanced HIS should also include a range of information related to the nurses station management, ward management and surgical management. The novelty of this system is to cancel a designated price fare collection system, replaced with treatment card and a computer.This system is built on the basis of local area network; multiple users can simultaneously access the server database. This system is designed based on C/S mode, using a combination of C#and SQL Server2000development model, having the features of safe and easy to use. This article describes the system from requirements analysis, design and implementation of the overall process until the test. And this thesis also introduces the hospital out-patient management system both in and out our country and the key technologies used in this system. And the system is designed according to the actual situation and specific need.
