Design And Realization Of Management System For Hospital Outpatient Department

In recent years,China’s health care industry has been rapid development,but hospital registration system,most operations are done by hand,without a complete automation or self operating system to allow the patient to convenient for medical treatment and registered.The design in the fourth hospital of Tianjin city as the research object,to establish a set of outpatient management information system design meet the hospital patient registration,outpatient fees and hospital charges,patients with laboratory and pharmacy to get the medicine such as business process.This paper mainly completes the following work:(1)Demand analysis and business process analysis.On the hospital patient registration,examination and assay,pharmacy and other various functions in the operation of business processes to sort out,using the object-oriented analysis method on the demand of collation and research,fully meet the hospital to outpatient management business in the functional requirements and non functional requirements.Provide the basis for the design,coding,testing and verification of the system.(2)The design work of medical outpatient management system.Using UML design method of out-patient service system design,including logical design,structure design and database design,using Flex technology to finish the outpatient registration management,doctor of management,laboratory examination management business functions.The SOA system architecture design,and the use of Flex technology to design the system interface,to meet the medical needs of business function and the realization of Oracle database concept design and logical design,each module involved in the data management function to improve.(3)System implementation and testing.According to the modular design idea to complete the programming work.The need to focus on the research and development platform,system deployment,after the completion of the design using black and white box testing method for function and performance test,on the shortcomings and deficiencies of the existing software to correct.Finally complete the design work of the software.This design from the reality,the user can according to the different use of the relevantfunctions to use the hospital outpatient management system,help to carry out the work of medical.After the deployment of the system,the amount of staff to reduce a lot,efficiency is also greatly improved,the patient’s satisfaction has also been greatly improved,by the unanimous praise.
