Under the era of social network,the newspaper industry is facing the failure of communication channels,the failure of income model,and the challenge of public opinion guidance.In order to grasp the initiative of public opinion on the battlefield as soon as possible,get rid of the shackles of newspaper paper media forms,embrace social media.Starting from the communication mechanism and mass communication mode of social network,this paper studies the innovative practice of newspaper industry in the era of social network.In this paper,the innovation and development of newspaper industry in social network era are summarized from three aspects:the innovation and development of content presentation and reading;the innovation and development of management platform;the innovation and development of earnings management.In content marketing,the newspaper uses mobile,video,live broadcast,VR and AR technology to form the content presentation model of "news + originality","news + service" and"mobile +VR/AR".In content distribution,based on recommendation engine,interest engine and intelligent hybrid recommendation,thousands of thousands of personalized content push mode and personalized reading mode are presented.In the innovation and development of management platform,the press is practicing the full connection of news,entertainment,video,social and public services,forming a "news+ Creative + service" management platform.And through the "government release +government services",the newspaper client from the simple platform of government affairs,into a government service platform.Based on the long tail theory,this paper analyzes the management platform of the long tail and the long tail of the newspaper industry.In the innovation and development of newspaper profit model on the face of the status quo of newspaper advertising cliff style decline,the innovation and development of the community enjoy 020 profit,public opinion and content business pay profit model as the representative of the.The sixth chapter studies the innovation and development of Hunan daily newspaper group as regional mainstream media in content marketing and management platform.In content marketing,"New Hunan" app clutching "Hunan" word feature,only do deep regional mobile news.In the management platform innovation,seize the party and government resources,the news client building into a "government mobile service hall",the development of ideas from the past content is king and channel is king,converted into a platform for the king.Through practice and exploration,China's newspaper industry is being formed by several national media groups,with dozens of regional new mainstream media as the backbone of the media system.Next,the newspaper industry can build new user databases,process user data into data clouds,and build ecological platforms.
