Analysis And Design Of Technological Service Platform Driven By County Innovation

Innovation-driven is to highlight the role of science and technology in many factors that promote economic development,to achieve economic growth through technological innovation,and to improve production efficiency.In view of the current situation,as the county economy is still relatively weak and the regional development is unbalanced,the primary task of implementing County innovation-driven development is how to introduce modern science and technology,combine with the specific economic and social foundation of the county,find a precise way for the development of science and technology for the specific district and county,and integrate and import resources as the core to realize County economy.Transform upgrade and overall upgrade.This paper makes a detailed analysis of the current situation of innovation theory research and related examples,and puts forward a "science and technology plus" innovation-driven development model for economically underdeveloped areas.The model takes "collaborative crowdsourcing,precise innovation and directed entrepreneurship" as the core idea.By introducing scientific and technological factors into all walks of life at the county level,it establishes a demand bank for innovation and development,and then introduces experts with demand orientation.Talent and other innovative resources to promote the upgrading of local industries and social development.Based on the above model,this paper completes the analysis and design of a county innovation-driven development technology service platform.In terms of platform data structure,this paper builds knowledge maps of enterprise collaboration network,enterprise employee network,enterprise knowledge network,talent social network,talent knowledge network,policy knowledge network and knowledge attribute network based on knowledge map technology.In the aspect of behavior model,based on actor network technology,this paper develops knowledge polling,knowledge computing,knowledge feedback and knowledge selection function modules to realize the evolution and iteration of knowledge.In the aspect of platform application value,this paper introduces group wisdom and collaborative recommendation technology,which provide technology roadmap planning and decision support tools for governments,enterprises and individuals respectively.Finally,this paper takes several cooperative districts and counties in Heyuan City as examples,and completes the case verification of the research results.The specific structure of the paper is as follows:Firstly,several basic concepts related to innovation are summarized,and the development status of innovation theory is comprehensively reviewed.Then,based on the research status of county innovation in China,the core model adopted in this paper is put forward.Then,based on the core model proposed in this paper,a county innovation-driven development service platform is completed,and the corresponding software engineering model is established.Next,the paper studies the business implementation process and core technology system of the platform.In terms of technology system,the core data structure based on knowledge map,actor-based network translation structure and technology roadmap planning method based on collaborative recommendation algorithm are mainly analyzed.Finally,the paper gives three implementation cases of the platform.Thirdly,the processing results and advantages of the system in practical application are given,and its development prospects are forecasted.
