The Fifth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee in 2020 proposed that innovation should play a central role in China's overall modernization drive.China has made remarkable achievements in scientific and technological innovation since the introduction of reform and opening up.However,China's innovation capacity in key and core technologies is still insufficient,and it is easy for other countries to get " Bottleneck".The technology " Bottleneck " problem is both a challenge and an opportunity for China's development.With the rapid development of the new generation of information technology,electronic information products in the global market have become a new economic increase point,which provides new development space and impetus for China's electronic information industry.The innovation and progress of China's electronic information industry not only needs the strengthening of leading enterprises,but also needs the further improvement of the innovation ecosystem,that is,the improvement of enterprise knowledge network and the optimization of collaborative research and development network.However,there is a lack of research on the relationship between the interaction of dual networks and innovation performance.Based on the above background,this paper conducts a theoretical and empirical study on "the relationship between knowledge network and collaborative R?D network on innovation performance of enterprises in the electronic information industry".Through literature review and theoretical analysis,this paper analyzes the structure of knowledge network into three indexes,namely,the centrality of knowledge network,the density of knowledge network and the mediating degree of knowledge network,according to social network theory,knowledge base view and collaborative innovation theory.For the level of collaborative R?D network,two indexes of collaborative R?D network centrality and network power are selected to measure.A theoretical model with knowledge network structure as independent variable,dual innovation performance as dependent variable and collaborative research and development network as moderating variable is constructed,and relevant research hypotheses are put forward.In this paper,patent measurement method and social network analysis method are adopted.Firstly,with the help of Python program,the enterprise patent application data downloaded from the national key industry patent information service platform are processed,and the adjacency matrix is constructed.Then UCINET software was used to analyze the matrix data and calculate the relevant network indicators.And through “Net Draw” software to build the network for visual output;Then,descriptive statistical analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis and moderating effect test were carried out on all network indicators and integrated data using SPSS25.0.And draw the regulation effect diagram to illustrate the regulation effect;Finally,according to the empirical results,the hypothesis is tested and the conclusion is drawn.In addition,this paper also adopts the explanatory case analysis method,and selects Huawei Technology Co.,Ltd.for case analysis to strengthen the explanatory nature of the research.The empirical results show that knowledge network centrality has a negative and positive U-shaped effect on exploratory innovation,and a positive effect on exploitative innovation.Knowledge network density has a positive effect on exploratory innovation and exploitative innovation.The mediating degree of knowledge network has a positive influence and an inverted U-shaped influence on exploratory innovation.Network centrality of collaborative research and development has a negative effect on exploratory innovation,a positive effect on exploitative innovation,a negative moderating effect on the relationship between knowledge network centrality and exploitative innovation,and a negative moderating effect on the relationship between knowledge network centrality and exploitative innovation,and the mediating degree of knowledge network and exploratory innovation.It has a positive moderating effect on the relationship between knowledge network density and exploratory innovation and exploitative innovation.Network power of collaborative R?D has a positive effect on exploratory and exploitative innovation,and has a positive moderating effect on the relationship between knowledge network centrality,knowledge network density and exploratory innovation,and knowledge network centrality and exploitative innovation.It has a negative moderating effect on the relationship between the mediating degree of knowledge network and exploratory innovation.Based on the above conclusions,this paper puts forward relevant management and policy suggestions on how to build knowledge network and collaborative research and development network to promote innovation performance of enterprises and how the government can help enterprises improve innovation performance.In theory,this paper is helpful to further improve the research on the influence mechanism between knowledge network,collaborative R?D network and innovation performance.At the same time,through the verification of the moderating effect of collaborative research and development network,we explore the different moderating effects and interactions of collaborative research and development network on knowledge network and innovation performance.On the basis of the research on single layer network in the past,the research field of innovation network is enriched.At the practical level,it is helpful to help enterprises realize the importance of knowledge network and collaborative research and development network for technological innovation and its influence channels.It is helpful for enterprises to strengthen their own knowledge network and the scientific construction of collaborative research and development network,and promote the effective acquisition of external resources of enterprises.Through the optimization of knowledge network and collaborative research and development network,the advantages of technological innovation are constantly enhanced,the innovation performance is improved,and the industrial progress is promoted.
