With the development of new media,China has entered the era of all-media.In this era background,the TV social education program ushered in unprecedented opportunities and challenges.With the rapid development of the whole media today,the pressure of traditional media increases,and the media competition changes to the media fusion.Television social education programs in many types of programs occupy a very important position,it can make the audience broaden their horizons,increase their knowledge,bring convenience to the life of the audience,promote human and social development,involved in all aspects of the field,greatly enriched people's material life and spiritual world.The content of TV social education programs is rich and varied,showing the powerful value of social education,cultural communication value and artistic aesthetic value.In the era of the whole media,tv social education programs present more rich and diverse programs,more channels of communication,communication mode innovation,audience demand changeand and other development characteristics.The content of the TV social programs in the whole media era is more abundant and more diverse.The increase of communication channels has expanded the influence of TV social education programs and attracted more audience attention to TV social education programs.The innovation of the communication(Who),what what is the communication content(what channel),so as to meet the needs of the communication audience(To who)and achieve good communication effect.What effect),by improving the first three "W" to achieve the effect of the last two "W" improvement.First,from the perspective of the main body of communication,the innovation of TV social education programs in the whole media era needs to establish innovative ideas,deepen the reform of institutional mechanisms,establish and improve the mechanism of personnel training,build professional teams,train all-media-oriented presenters,maintain core competitiveness,use big data and artificial intelligence,position precision,and adapt to the development of the whole media era.Second,from the point of view of communication content,social education programs need to enhance the interest,teaching in music,pay attention to social hot spots,grasp the pulse of the times,narrative narrative,increase vividness,star-sin combination,drive the participation of the whole people,keep pace with the times,and tap the driving force of innovation.Third,from the perspective of communication channels,TV social education programs should build a full-media platform,use short video platform to meet the needs of fragmented communication,promote cross-screen communication,promote media integration,VR technology to expand all-media communication channels,fully integrate resources,so that TV social education programs with the times.Based on the background of the whole media era,this study analyzes the current situation of innovation and development of TV social education programs,finds the bottleneck of the innovation and development of TV social education programs,and puts forward the innovative development strategy of TV social education programs under the all-media era.Combining the related theories of communication science,economics and psychology,it solves the research problem of the integration of TV social programs and all-media to some extent,which is of great significance to the combination of TV program form and multidisciplinary.By collecting a large number of videos,text materials,and using questionnaire and interview method situated to analyze the data,to find out the shortcomings of the existing field research.The whole media era TV social education program has undergone great changes,in order to adapt to the development of the times,tv social education programs are actively exploring and constantly innovating.I believe that the whole media era of television social education programs through innovative development,will make the content more rich,more forms,more widespread communication channels,more interactive audience,better dissemination effect,so as to maintain the vitality of tv social education programs,improve social benefits.
