With the continuous development of information technology,in order to improve the efficiency of staff to ensure the quality of sales,practitioners on-the-job training work is increasingly important.Manual training has been unable to meet the actual training needs.In this paper,the use of modern computer online teaching methods,combined with multimedia teaching,online online education and other technologies,design a practical online training information system to solve the new staff training information management issues.This paper designs and implements a new online training system for the new sales of employees in the car sales company in view of the functional requirements of the new employee online training system.The work of this paper mainly includes the following aspects:First of all,the research and analysis of the current situation of the new staff training management of "Guizhou Industrial Development Co.,Ltd.",summarizes the purpose and significance of this paper,summarizes the relevant research status at home and abroad,puts forward the goal of this system design;The key technology needed for the development of this system.Secondly,according to the research of new employee training management status of Guizhou Industrial Development Co.Ltd ",summed up the training of new employees of the business process,the system will be divided into training management,teaching management,teaching resources management,system management and other four modules.The design and implementation of this system is done.This study,training for car sales staff training,in addition to the content of knowledge and skills training routine,also added the automobile related knowledge,models,accessories,maintenance and other content,according to the position of staff,to carry out targeted training,in order to achieve on-demand service.The big data analysis as the main method on the training,content,time,effect,feedback,data analysis and mining,obtain the objective,a series of effective data,in order to guide the next training plan formulation,improve the training effect.The system scheme can reflect the information of training in an accurate and accurate manner,effectively solve the demand of resource sharing,task allocation and online teaching in training management,which greatly improves the efficiency of training management and has some reference value in practice.
