| Recently,our country realized the importance of semiconductor technology,and kept investing more and more on it,because it was blocked by western countries for a lot of years.Take the ownership of semiconductor technology is something that we must do now,it not just related to economy,industry and military but the national security issues,so the capability level of R&D project must be improved as soon as possible.The normal evaluating models of engineering area is CMMI-DEV,in reality,the cost of implementing CMMI-DEV is very high,the working flow is very complicated and the project cycle time is too long.So,the maturity level analysis system is about to created should be easy to implement,low cost,measurable and of course it should fit semiconductor R&D project.The base of this paper is the five level theory of CMMI-DEV,and the analysis system is rely on the expert grading method.First,select the 5 main factors: definition,design,test,product launch and overall base on the features of semiconductor R&D project,they can reflect the whole working flow and the maturity level.Then,base on the 5 main factors to propose the first round indexes from the expert brain storm method,get the final indexes with questionnaire survey method,form the semiconductor R&D project maturity level cobweb model with ANP method,figure out the weight of each index with putting all the comparisons into Super-Decision software.Through this model,the 5 maturity levels: Initial,Managed,Defined,Quantitatively Managed and Optimizing can be effectively measured,and these measurements can be used for semiconductor R&D project maturity level evaluation.Finally,L chip from F company was used for empirical analysis,its cobweb model was formed and maturity level was evaluated,and the weaknesses can be easily caught with this model and score results,so the according improvements were suggested.As a result,the semiconductor R&D maturity level analysis model of this paper is effective and reliable. |
