Software sales project management system is based on the implementation of the project management platform,development project management platform,and document management system-related business functions.In order to achieve the management and control in sales and delivery process,effectively budget of pre-sales,control project profit and loss,and manage the project-related quotes,contracts and project projects,the system makes management on the project's overall plan,work plans and reporting.In the analysis of system requirements,we analyzed the business of the system,and divided the business according to the characteristics of the business.At the same time,we analyzed the system role and the role-related authority,and described the detailed description of each business.In the system design,we mainly designed the main system architecture,system technology architecture,and system function architecture,and we designed the detail of the system infrastructure,system technical support,and system-related function.Among them,we confirmed the B/S infrastructure,and use MVC three-tier design model and SSM three framework.The system's business plan is as follows:WBS management,project set management,master plan management,planning and reporting management,consultancy resource management,and project flow.WBS management requirement includes the following services:querying WBS,editing delivery project costs,viewing human resource plans,and project profit and loss budgets.The project management requirement includes the following business:project application,project notification,main project,and subproject.The overall program management requirement includes the following:edit the master plan,import the master plan,change the master plan,change the application,and historical version.Planning and reporting management need includes the following:work plans,and work reports.Consultant resource management requirement includes the following services:consultancy capabilities,consultancy kiosks,and project resource kanban.The project process requirement includes the following services:up-to-date processes,running processes,my presence,and my work.The implementation of the system can be timely for the project profit and loss and the preparation of the audit,standardized project set review process,accurate grasp of all the details of the overall plan,benefit to the overall plan timely and transparent,and more conducive to grasp the overall plan progress,grasp each sub plan and daily work of the report,feedback the project process problems timely,and then give relevant governance measures in time.
