Design And Implementation Of KERI Company's Product Project Management System

KERI company is a technical institute which is on the business of dedicated electronic actuator products.How to raise its dedicated product project's capability in planning and quality level is the main issue in improving KERI's business operation performances.The product project management system is a tool to be developed to address these problems to enhance the company's project's controllability and the quality's stability.Based on the analysis on KERI company's main deficiencies in its dedicated actuators development and production project management,this thesis presents the development of KERI Company's product project information management system's design and implementation works.Its presentation is based on the enterprise's actual demands in its electro-mechanic actuator products project operation and the technologies in software engineering,with the goal to support the project's plan information accuracy and quality improvement.It presents the development work systematically from the functional requirements to the software technical solutions.This software's global function is based on some of the company's product project operation requirements in planning and feasibility information management,project quality information assessment and the project's contract related information management.The related data processing demands and use case models are built up for the above requirement analysis.The thesis discusses the approach to the software solution with its design principle in balance of progressiveness and practicality,to con the software framework by means of the object-oriented methods.It presents some further concrete details,including its architecture design,database design,interface schemes,some internal data processing flows and objects by means of object-oriented methods and related techniques.KERI company's dedicated electro-mechanic actuator product project management system is implemented with C# and integrates with SQL Server database.It has been through the test and well met the company's demands in the project management for its dedicated actuator product,as a result reached the development goals.
