Performance management,as an important means,was used to realize the strategic target in twenty-first Century.It is the core part of human resource management.It plays an important role in the process of staff performance evaluation,and helps to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.It has been paid close attention to by modern enterprise managers.From a simple person,department and organization performance,innovative design management mode,relying on the database,the performance management system is becoming more perfect,reflects the new era of the Internet,enterprise comprehensive promotion and keep pace with the times.Study on the source of the actual demand for the company,because the company created earlier,larger scale,instead of relying on the traditional business,the Internet has gradually developed into the merger project operation of the Integrated Company,and left a lot of historical issues in the process of its development,so the company itself has not formed a complete performance management system.When the company's online business problems,the use of human resources is not appropriate,the management process and business fluency is not optimized to protect,management difficulties increased,but also directly cause the company's direct economic losses.According to the company's current situation,this paper SQL Server2005 database support platform based on B/S architecture,the use of open database connection technology,ASP.Net technology,and the performance management system of scientific design,simple and efficient,and provides a theoretical basis for enterprises to solve the existing problems in human resource management.Specifically,according to the actual situation of the company and the business management system,analyses the system development background and significance,analyzes the development status of domestic and foreign research,the research work and innovation of this paper;a detailed description of the requirement analysis and system design;performance goal setting and performance evaluation for the year(half)the main line,to the functional requirements and architecture design are described;and further elaborated on the performance table and self-service interface function of the realization of the situation;finally introduces the main interface of system realization and performance test.This paper mainly involves solving aspects:combining RUP patterns with traditional structured patterns,UML models,and process documentation standards;control design of roles and permissions,to ensure data consistency and security,improve the database backup and maintenance function;the implementation of performance management information disclosure;control of the whole performance management process.On the basis of examination and other primitive management means,we can find the advantages and short board of manpower,so that we can optimize the allocation and targeted training,and promote the maximization of human resource efficiency.The system has been further developed and updated in the actual application.At the same time,the management level and performance management accuracy have been improved.
