As the extension of all colleges in China, the number of graduate students increases every year. It has caused great challenges for Chinese government and high school, dealing with the graduate employment management and arrangement. At the same time, it is also difficult for the enterprises to recruit appropriate staffs in so great many candidates. Therefore, it is necessary to build a form for wider information communication between candidate students and the enterprises, to solve the employment problem. Building the employment management system for graduate students can make a communication platform for students and enterprises. It also can support high schools and government to handle the employment problem in this informative service platform.It mainly concentrates on the method research on the realization of the employment management system, and it successfully develops the system based on the deep research of the employment working for the Zhejiang Business College. It carries on the scheme of B/S model, and PaaS technique, chooses the Java for the program language, and takes SQL Sever 2008R2 as database. The system achieves functions, information recording, recruiting information IISuing, data researching and maintenance of database. It makes the employment management scientific, normal and informative.The paper starts with the research of background and significance of the topic, and gives the main contents through the studying the status at home and aboard. It emphasizes on the research of the employment management system in requirement analysis, system design, function realization and testifying. In the part of requirement, aiming at the actual demand of the graduate students and enterprise, it includes the functional requirement analysis and nonfunctional requirement analysis. After that, it starts the system design, including general function design, system function model design, and system database design. After finishing the system requirement and design, it can realize the system function deeply. In order to make sure the rationality and operability, it needs to testify the system. In final, it proposes some suggestions to improve the system after the testing.
