The piecework wage management system is an information management system that realizes management and computes the salary of employees of production enterprises through information means.The research background of this paper is based on the practical business of Jilin Jinguan Electric co.,LTD.,combining with modern wage management to form the business demands of the piecework wage management system.Therefore,this project is designed for the enterprise,and it does not lose generality and commonality.So this system can be applied to many types of production and manufacturing enterprises.This system is developed from the piece rate management system requirements and is mainly for the technologists,human resources,the staff of production crew,the staff on charge of quality control and the enterprise managers.Its business covers multiple departments which needs more departments to accomplish this network management system together.The technologists are responsible for entering the price of a product and creating the working order.Human resources is responsible for adjusting the price of working hours according to the market and taking charge of entering the group members of the enterprise and setting the organization structure of the department.The team members shall complete the production of the products according to the tasks assigned by the worksheet.The team leaders shall assign the piece wage.Finally after all the piecework wages are reviewed by the leaders of the production departments and the workshop,and then they are summarized to the human resources department for figuring up monthly piecework wages.The system platform is made use of JAVAEE system technology.The development framework of web platform uses the SSI framework(SpringMVC,Spring,Mybatis).The mobile terminal platform uses the HTML 5 which is a cutting-edge technology for development.The database is made use of mysq15.5 which is an open source database.Firstly,building a system prototype in a short period of time.Through the system prototype system we need to perfect and correct the system gradually.We also need to communicate with the customers to perfect the analysis of demands in the process again and again.On this basis,we need to dismantle the system functions,and to divide the system module into pieces.We shall also carry out a system structure after designing the database and then deepening the designing of system to extract the business interface and dividing the system module boundaries.The code is written according to the software engineering development process and the job schedule planning finally.The test case is written after the requirement analysis is completed.The main purpose is to test the functional integrity of the system,whether the system performance met the customer's requirements and whether the network connection was normal or not.And we will analyze whether the test results meet expectations or not through test case test system.And then we adjust the system by testing the problems and modifying the bugs.We try our best to meet the customer's requirements after repeated testing and modification.Piecework wages management system combines the enterprise's production management and information technology.It will improve the efficiency of the enterprise production through informatization and automation.The system will reduce the management cost,and provide valuable data and accurate statistical analysis.The system will strengthen the competitiveness of the enterprises in the market and arouse the worker's vitality by enhancing the informatization and automation of the enterprise.
