Design And Implementation Of A Product Oil Depot Management Information System

It's important to build a national product oil sales management information system of Chinese National Petroleum Corp(CNPC)to realize standardization,and eliminate the problems of the lag of data collecting,difficult to collect the real-time stock information,and independent of part of oil depot's automation system hard to share data,and so on.This article analyzes the business requirements of CNPC to design and complete a product oil management system.According the characteristics of headquarters,regional company,product oil depot,this paper completed the modeling by analyzing the requirements and logic views.This paper had taken much work on the key business process of railway receiving oil,road paying oil and the monthly inventory to detail data analysis and establish model.It's very convenient to get the sales plans and dispatching plans by completed the standard interface in the system instead of receiving the plans by fax or telephone.It's also very efficient and accurate to get date in the receiving,paying oil and inventory instead of tedious manual work of look-up table.Due to the distribution of oil depot‘s automation system throughout the country,varying network and other infrastructure conditions,and some business links(such as IC card to get oil)for data response to the demand is higher,so the system in a distributed deployment way,the headquarters server deployed in headquarters,the oil depot sever deployed in the machine room of oil product,make sure that the people of oil depot can login system during the terminal network interruption to headquarters,and solves the real-time problem of communication between automation equipment and product oil management information system.At the same time,by developing the starndard of CNPC formulation conforms in automation interface,product oil management information system can interact with oil depot automation system all over the country.Finally this paper designed the overall software application architecture of product oil depot management system,and decomposed the system software function modules detailedly,realized the function of software components and determined the required performance parameters of the hardware system,and designed the corresponding database model business function module.Then wrote the corresponding test cases,and finished the test work of the function modules of the system and business process in the deployment of product oil depot management system of test environment,eventually to analyze test results.Finally completed the system design,development,testing,and so on related work.Up to now the system is running well,and the paper design basic had achieved the desired and the requirement of the enterprise.
