Traditional manufacturing large-scale mass production has resulted in a monotonous and homogeneous style of market product,which cannot satisfied people's individual demand and longing for a better life.In recent years,the manufacturing mode of mosaic enterprises tend to be gradually evolving from large-scale industrial production to personalized customization.Visual image is the most intuitive medium for the expression of human consciousness.In the era of intelligent manufacturing,there is an urgent need for a personalized image customization algorithm to achieve personalized customization,which is one of the most effective methods to solve the mismatch between personalized demand and mass production.At the same time,with the development and application of artificial intelligence,especially the proposal of deep learning,the traditional image customization can not satisfied the need of mosaic enterprises transformation and upgrading.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the key technologies of personalized image customization.For this reason,this paper studies and discusses the core technologies related to personalized image customization from the Generative Adversarial Network in computer vision,and finally put forward an engineering project for personalized mosaic image customization.The specific research work is as follows:(1)the research status of mosaic image customization,personalized image customization,Generative Adversarial Network and image translation are reviewed.(2)According to the requirements of personalized image customization,the key algorithms of supervised image customization,unsupervised image customization and disentangled image customization are studied.(3)Aiming at the existing disentangled image translation algorithms,a new algorithm UDMIT is proposed.UDMIT had applied to several image translation tasks.These experiment results and quantitative comparison qualitative analysis on multiple datasets show that the proposed algorithm had achieved an excellent result.(4)An engineering project of a personalized image customization algorithm based on multicolor mosaic intelligent tiling was proposed in theory.The innovation of this paper is to apply the image translation algorithm in the generative adversarial network to the personalized image customization.Through the research of this paper,it can realize the personalized mosaic image customization and provide some additional value for mosaic product.The research results also provide some certain guidance to solve the personalized image customization requirement.
