With the rapid development of mobile Internet and big data era,intelligent portable devices,and applications of all kinds of service deeply influenced the development of the tourism industry,has greatly changed the way people travel,tourism information service for the increasing demand,however,network information overload,redundant information,technology,the problems of the excessive design makes the tourists in the use of tourist information services exist negative user experience,to a certain extent,also affect the tourists experience.So this article will explore the theory of situation awareness in mobile travel information service experience in the design of the feasibility of using,in order to improve the function of the current tourism destination APP is simple,serious homogeneity,low service quality problems,thus to improve the user experience,tourist destination APP products for visitors to provide intelligent and personalized tourism information service.First of all,through development of situation perception theory combing,mobile travel application and the theory of tourism destination information service and user experience research,summarizes the problems existing in the current tourism information service experience,and travel information service application situation awareness of factors,and meet the demands of tourists for situational awareness and enhance the value of user experience to carry on the analysis,interpretation of the situation awareness is applied to tourism destination APP research value of product design.Secondly,through case analysis,questionnaire survey,in-depth interview and other user research methods,the typical situation,use motivation and information behavior of tourists when using tourism destination APP products are mined,and the demand points of tourists for tourism destination information and the design opportunities of tourism destination APP products are summarized.Thirdly,based on the above theoretical analysis and user research results,from the perspectives of application function optimization,service depth improvement and user experience enhancement,design principles and strategies including user context,environment context,task context and device context are proposed.Finally,the combination of the above research to the ancient city of Quanzhou tourism information service system for design object,through field investigation and research of tourist resources of Quanzhou,and an analysis of the status quo of the existing tourism information service,the ancient city of Quanzhou tourism information service system based tourism APP function orientation and design,to complete the application of information architecture design,interactive process and visual design.
