Mobile Navigation Application Experience Design Research Based On The Context Awareness

With advances in technology,smart devices,the extremely rapid development of mobile Internet,mobile Internet with their own convenience,the unique advantages of lightweight,timeliness and other more and more people of all ages.Present mobile networking applications throughout all aspects of life,gradually influence and change people's way of life.As humans travel an important part of production activities,people travel navigation functional requirements and product experience requirements are gradually increasing.Situational awareness based on contextual information to provide adaptive navigation services,navigation system gives the user feedback and the desired content is often true deviations.Thesis is to solve this problem,starting from three levels of situational awareness,navigation APP experience to bring new perspectives on design.The paper proposed specific research issues as shown below.Users navigate the scene changes,the application system will use contextual information about the use of scenarios to provide information and services.However,users still expect there is a deviation between the feedback system gives the context-aware systems and in effect rendered cross interactive interface.It is precisely because of this unconscious bias affecting the user experience.The whole idea of this project is to obtain context,showing the context of reasoning and services,context-aware of three levels as a starting point,for receiving the product design.Respectively context information,user awareness and user context a study using three scenarios,analyze user needs and pain points points at different tasks scene.Subject to situational awareness as a starting point,based on secondary navigation APP design and enhance the user experience,the user needs and usage scenarios for navigation products to integrate thinking,summed up the appropriate methods and strategies designed to change under situational awareness and context-based perception experience design model to provide some basis for future reference and navigation products are designed to meet the constantly improve the product user experience purposes.
