The wide variety of communication protocols in the field of industrial automation leads to the difficulty of integrating devices with different protocol standards.Going through from the field level to the enterprise level needs a series of complex step by step debugging.To solve the problems,this thesis puts forward a general system network architecture based on TDMA Industrial Wireless Sensor networks(IWSN)and OPC UA integration.The architecture achieves unification of Internet and Industrial IOT on transmission mechanism and semantic information.Firstly,the thesis analyzes protocols of the industrial wireless sensor network layers and the application of OPC UA in traditional pyramid model,proposing the integration function of OPC UA in the industrial wireless sensor network architecture.In this architecture,the thesis designs industrial wireless sensor nodes and wireless gateway which integrated the function of OPC UA.design on the wireless sensor node mapping management module and embedded OPC UA server,in order to realize the unified management of the underlying equipment,and designed the wireless nodes access and synchronization between the nodes.Design mapping management module and embedded OPC UA server on the wireless sensor node to realize the unified management of the underlying equipment.The thesis also designs wireless node access and internode synchronization mechanism.Secondly,the thesis realizes the wireless sensor network system which supports OPC UA communication.The message of different protocol formats obtained by the wireless sensor node,sending and receiving module is transformed into a uniform format through the mapping management module and unified management in the server address space.The industrial wireless sensor node is developed based on embedded LPC1769,in which the C/S functional components of OPC UA are developed on the basis of the OPC UA SDK.Based on the realization of network architecture,the thesis designs and develops the technology process monitoring and management platform for industrial site.The platform realizes the functions of equipment state monitoring,real-time data collection and simple process configuration management,and the process management module USES the Activiti workflow engine.Finally,by testing wireless sensor node Internet connection,address space access of OPC UA server,reading writing operation and service monitoring,the thesis verifies a new industrial wireless sensor networks with OPC UA technology integration.At the same time,the thesis tests and verifies functions of each module in process management platform.
