The wiring of the wired network is complicated,the cost of maintenance is high and the characteristics of a large number of network lines need to be consumed.It is the inevitable trend of the wireless network to replace the wired network.The flexibility of the wireless communication technology promotes the concrete and instantiation of the wireless communication technology in the industrial field,and derives the industrial wireless sensor network.With the wireless communication,the wireless communication technology is derived.The rapid development of letter technology has greatly promoted the continuous maturity of industrial wireless sensor network technology and made it have a wide market prospect.At present,this technology has become a revolutionary technology to reduce the cost of industrial detection system and realize the unified operation of the whole.In industrial wireless sensor networks,due to the unreliability of the communication link in the whole space of wireless communication technology,the complexity of the industrial environment has a high requirement for data transmission.At present,the level of communication technology is at the primary stage,so the reliability of the industrial communication is difficult to be satisfied.In this paper,two reliable communication schemes are proposed to improve the reliability of line sensor networks.In the media access control layer of the data link layer,due to the continuous operation of the industrial workshop equipment(such as motor,machine)and the movement of the personnel,the fading and multipath phenomena are produced,resulting in the poor quality of the communication link and even the link interruption,which affects the reliability and stability of the wireless sensor network.Therefore,we propose a base The adaptive and reliable transmission scheduling algorithm for link sensing.Before sending data,the optimal link is first searched through the way of perceptual link for data transmission.Secondly,in the process of data transmission,the success rate of data transmission is improved by MAC layer retransmission technology.Finally,the simulation results are based on link aware adaptive ability.Compared with the non adaptive transmission algorithm of the frequency hopping sequence,the transmission scheduling algorithm has a high success rate of data transmission,which can better meet the reliability requirements of industrial wireless communication.The industrial wireless communication link is composed of multiple nodes.The node is mainly powered by the battery and is in the unattended industrial environment for a long time.If a certain node in the link runs out of energy because of too many work,it will cause the communication link interruption and influence the data communication.Based on the transmission scheduling algorithm,the power control algorithm is designed by physical model,and the appropriate emission power and radius are selected to optimize the energy consumption of nodes.Then all nodes in the network are divided into aggregation nodes and sub nodes,and the pseudo random sequence is used to select the aggregation nodes in the aggregation node.Simulation research shows that Compared with the LEACH algorithm,in the process of data communication,the reliable transmission scheduling algorithm based on energy balance can avoid the failure of signal transmission due to the disappearance of nodes,and increase the reliability transmission of industrial wireless communication.
