| workshop Measuring and Positioning System(wMPS)is widely applied to measuring and positoning of large scale parts since its advantages such as high precision,large range and so on.The efficiency of system orientation has important effects efficiency of wMPS.The current methods of orientation ask external instrument and human involvement which make orientation becomes difficult and inefficient and can’t meet the needs of on-line measurement.As is stated above,a method of quick orientation is researched in this paper by learning from the principle of resection and the performance characteristics of inclinometer.The method uses resection as kernel algorithms and inclinometer to improve the performance.The main research work of this paper are summarized as follows:1.Research the quick orientation method based on resection by study of the mathematic model of wMPS transmitter.The mathematic model of orientation is developed.The objective functions and the initial value estimate method is been derived.2.Develop the mathematic model of orientation method based on inclinometer by analyzing the orientation relationship among transmitter,inclinometer and control field.The objective functions and the initial value estimate method is been derived on the basic of mathematic model of orientation based on resection.3.Research the method of adjusting rotational axis to be vertical.Study the method of calibrating the orientation relationship between transmitter and inclinometer by build the horizontal control field.The calibration mathematic model is been developed and objective functions and the initial value estimate method is provided.4.Verify the effectiveness of orientation method by set up the resection orientation control field.Display the improvement brought by inclinometer by analyzing and comparing the optimize results and residuals when different number of control points are used to calculate result.At last,verify the quick orientation method in industry field. |
