The wMPS,which is short for workspace Measuring and Positioning System,is a novel large-scale measurement system based on optoelectronic scanning.It has such advantages as large measurement scale,high precision,good real-time,strong adaptability to environment,multi-task and real-time measurement.At present,the research on the principle and use of multi-stations distributed wMPS is systematic and comprehensive.However,it should be developed of the research on the measurement model and practical use of single-station wMPS.On the background of the relative deformation measurement and multi-stations orientation parameter calibration in some areas such as rocket tank detection and shipbuilding,two absolute orientation methods which built on single-station wMPS,distance constraint added and collaboration target designed were researched.One with laser ranging was used in the case what relative position of object coordinate system fixed,the other with ultrasonic ranging in the case what relative position changed.It provided theoretical basis for the further use of single-station wMPS.The main research contents and work of this dissertation are described as follows:1.It summarized the requirement for large-scale measurement at present,analyzed the advantages and application situation of the existing measurement methods,introduced the theoretical significance and application value of the the single-station wMPS.2.A single-station wMPS absolute orientation method with laser ranging was presented.The local relative deformation measurement mathematical model was constructed.It analyzed the influence of zero error on measurement precision and presented compensation method.3.A single-station wMPS absolute orientation method with ultrasonic ranging was presented.The measurement model which unified angle measured by transmitter and distance measured by ultrasonic module was constructed.It studied a calibration method for ultrasonic ranging module based on high-precision control network.4.It set up a measurement system in field,verified the feasibility and accuracy of single-station wMPS absolute orientation method with laser ranging combined with the task of rocket tank detection.It also set up a measurement system in lab environment to verifie the reliability and accuracy of single-station wMPS absolute orientation method with ultrasonic ranging.
