A Study On The Influence Of Public Opinion Of Local Microblog Users In The "8·12" Tianjin Explosion

With the arrival of new media age,the dissemination and diffusion channels of disaster emergency has changed.Microblog has not only become one of the most popular net platform on which the public can express their personal views and opinions but also gradually become the main carrier of network public perception.The cover of major disaster traditionally is an important work for the traditional media.But now because of the rapid development of the we media,the phenomenon of "everyone has a microphone" arise."grassroots" also has right of speech,a growing number of common people have a positive or negative influence on the spread of major disaster events.Disaster once occurred or was exposed,users quickly transmit it through microblog and make comments on it.The common people is no longer to be a passive receiver,but become an active information publisher,disseminator and processor.Among them,the local microblog users as the most typical grassroots users in the disaster have the firsthand information about the event.They play a very important role in setting off the network public perception.Besides,the diversity of the grassroots' perspective also provides a lot of new ideas for the media and the government.But because of a huge number of microblog's users,the cognition level and the cultural quality of users vary greatly.The platform's anonymous function makes individual creation's content really hard to be control.It is really easy to transfer a disaster event into a mass incident.Furthermore,the network public opinion on microblog will be extended to the reality.Local user as the source of public opinion fermentation need to be researched.To study the effects of their behavior,we can provide targeted strategies for the responses of disaster emergency.This research have an enormous practical significance and it can help the government response to the disaster events and the network public perception in a better way.This essay based the case Tianjin Tanggu explosion,which happened on August 12,2015.We analyzed the comment of 10261 pieces local people's microblog which published during the first week after the explosion to explore the local microblog users behavior have what kind of influence on the change of microblog public opinion.The research found that after the disaster,the affected local MicroBlog users responded quickly,the daily average number of bloggers increased dramatically,the transmitted comments were far more than the base quantity of the fans,user behavior content has a deep impact on public agenda and Internet public opinion.
