In market economy featuring volatile market demand and fiercer enterprises competition. And this competitiveness of enterprises increasingly depands on the details of the competition, details decide success or failure. Following the manufacture technology enhancement, the manufacture pattern improvement, and the rapid development of the computer and communication technology, most enterprises intend to take advantage of ERP system, combining with advanced management concept and method, to change the unscientific management mode so as to improve the management level and economy benefits.According to the analyses of multi-tier frame based on J2EE, and combining with the development of bearing production management system, the thesis systemicly expatiates the principal method and development flow of building enterprise information system based on J2EE multi-tier framework. In connection with characteristics and methods of the bearing production plan, the mathematical models are given the bearing production scheduling, and are solved by using the genetic algorithm. The effectiveness of the proposed method is validated. In detail, the main work of the article is as follows:Firstly, it introduces the background of the reserach project and its current environment, also introduces the relevant concepts and characteristics of production managerment system and production scheduling. Following that, it represents the Struts2+Spring+Hibernate framework in J2EE multi-tiers architecture. Secondly, on the basis of introduction corresponding key technologies, overall design is made for the production management system, including requirement analysis, function description, system architecture and localized layout.Thirdly, the program of the production scheduling is edited by using hybrid programming with J2EE and Matlab. The detailed design of several sub-systems is developed and optimized, such as main production plan, latheman production and grinder production.The thesis gives us the technical key points of how to implement such a system and it also forms a system prototype through software designing and programming. But with the new techniques emerging, it still needs new ways and further development.
