In order to meet the development of the north area of our country,the idea and technology of integrated automation have been introduced in the management and control application of the heating systems based on the continuous expansion of the current situation of heating systems,which makes the network more scientific and effective to control and manage,improving the economic benefits and social benefits.In this thesis,with the remote control system of Tianjin City Jin'an thermoelectric limited public station as the research object,the overall structure and design framework were introduced.The automatic control system for heat exchange station was designed,and the remote monitoring of the heat exchange station was implemented.Finally,the energy consumption analysis before and after the use of control system was carried out.The main research work is summarized as follows.1.The overall structure of the heat exchange station and remote monitoring system were introduced,including the composition and principle of the automatic control system of heat exchange station,the key technology and composition of the remote monitoring and control system.2.The design of automatic control system for the heat exchange station was carried out,and the temperature control scheme and control algorithm of the heat exchanger were introduced.Then the object of the heat transfer station was modeled.The parameter of typical PID controller and fuzzy PID-type controller was adjused and the control effect was validated tuning based on the object model.The controller of the heating unit was designed and the object of the heat transfer station was modeled.The hardware and software were presented in detail,including the controller,the data transmission unit,the control valve and the selection of flow meters,the software design and operation process of the control system to control the secondary network temperature,the start and stop of the circulating pump and water pump of the heat exchange station.3.The design of the heat exchange station remote monitoring system was realized,including the total design of heat exchange station control scheme, remote communication design and remote control software design.The design of configuration program was carried out,including system configuration,control loop configuration function realization,database configuration design,graphical interface and report configuration realization.Finally,the energy saving effect of the control the system was verified,which not only guarantee the safe and stable operation of the network,but also the saving of energy.
