In recent years, with the rapid development of social modernization, makingpeople continuously improve the quality of life, which also gradually demandingrequirements of the indoor temperature.The heating system is a complexity system that has characteristics such astime-varying and large time delays. It is difficult to establish a precise mathematicalmodel, so that the model-based conventional PID control in this application has beenlimited. So the intelligent control applications in the central heating system are moreand more widely.This paper has learned the process and characteristic of the central heatingsystem, knew we can adjust to the interior temperature of the heat users by ways thatreasonably adjust the heating network total flow and the side of thermal stations totalflow. The control good or bad of the total flow’ adjustment will affect the quality ofthermal heating network. For the heating network flow regulation, the paper designsan expert fuzzy controller, the error that of the secondary supply and backwateraverage temperature and the error change as input, the position change of the electriccontrol valve as output. Based on the deviation of the actual average temperature andsettings of the secondary supply and return water to control an electric control valveopening, in order to control the flow of the primary side. After several adjustments, ifthe valve’s opening achieve the design open, it can make secondary supply and returnwater equally of all the thermal stations, so as to achieve the purpose of uniformheating.Because simple fuzzy controller effect is still not satisfactory, this papercombined the expert control and fuzzy control, through the expert control toreasonably adjust the parameters and control rules of the fuzzy controller, to achievegreater control performance, and improve the quality of thermal net heating.Finally, based on other researchers to establish simple heating network flowmodel, respectively, using the conventional PID control, fuzzy control and expertfuzzy controller to control, through the simulation platform to compare and analysisthe control effect, and eventually come to the expert fuzzy controller that design inthis paper has the three best control effects.
