For 40 KW medium frequency induction heating power supply,analyze its load characteristics,power supply working process and power control mode.Then,on the basis of the combination of STM32 and FPGA chip,a new type of induction heating power supply is designed by using multi-bridge parallel interleaving time-sharing control method and fuzzy PI algorithm.Among them,the multi-bridge parallel interleaving time-sharing control mode,power supply control strategy and power adjustment mode are mainly analyzed,and a phase sequence adaptive IGBT phase-shift control mode is realized.The load characteristics of power supply during heating process are analyzed,and the inverter angle control and wide frequency tracking are realized.At the same time,according to the different ways of adjusting power,the control strategy was designed to achieve the effect that the traditional power supply could not achieve.Then,the problem of hardware composition such as power-up is analyzed,and a series of protection and control circuits are designed.Design and use FPGA-based digital phase locked loop system to solve the problem of low power factor.By means of fixed angle control,the inverter angle of the induction heating power supply inverter is limited to a very small range,so the power of the induction heating power supply is increased.For the many problems existing in the start-up of the medium-frequency induction heating power supply,the soft start method is used to achieve the transition from intense to gentle during the start-up process,so that the service life of the power device is greatly improved.Due to the need for real-time monitoring of the output temperature of the IGBT IF power supply,device temperature,and failure of the heating equipment.Therefore,an IoT system based on CC2530 zigbee was designed to network multiple devices.Realizes the real-time monitoring and data transmission of multiple device data.
