Design And Implementation Of Management And Service System Of Trans-provincial Public Transport Smart Cards

With the rapid development of society and economy,people's demand for interconnection and interworking of public transport smart cards is increasing day by day,and how to provide safe,efficient and convenient travel services becomes even more important.Meanwhile,the requirements for real-time and accurate data statistics and analysis from management departments at all levels become higher and higher.At present,there is still no provincial application management platform for urban public transport in Liaoning Province.In order to ensure the successful implementation of the project of national public transport smart cards and strengthen the comprehensive management and service capability of Liaoning Province,a set of efficient and safe smart card management and service system meeting the present situation and development needs is urgently needed for promoting the standardized and systematized development of provincial urban public transport.This article focuses on designing a "smart card" clearing and settlement platform for helping trans-urban and trans-provisional clearing and settlement.Through surveying the application situation,development trend and functional requirements of smart cards in Liaoning Province,aiming at the actual demand of interconnection and interworking,this article made a detailed analysis of "smart card" clearing and settlement system and carried out system design and system implementation on the basis of the demand analysis results.By adopting B/S development framework and using J2EE framework as the base and combining Oracle database,MVC,JQuery,ECharts,UML and other technological tools,this system realized such functions as user and authority management,organization and card management,clearing and settlement of transaction data,and data statistics and analysis based on the conditions like area and classification of "smart card" clearing and settlement system suitable for use by smart card companies in all regions and cities of Liaoning Province,and every model was described with a use case diagram to meet the requirements for constructing multilevel model frameworks?With the system being deployed and put into operation,the urban public transport resources of the whole province has been integrated effectively,and various information may be under effective supervision,which meets the practical needs of Ministry of Transport and Liaoning Province.This system is conducive to promoting the interconnection and interworking engineering of national public transport smart cards,improving the capacity of comprehensive management and service of provincial urban public transport,and laying a foundation for the development of urban public transport of Liaoning Province.
