With the rapid development of social information, enterprises are eager to realize resource share and data exchange in much more great scope, so the data exchange center of enterprises has wide application foreground.The paper introduces a general design pattern of multilayer distributed platform of dynamic data exchange. It also discusses the methods in fulfilling remote data exchange of medical treatment. It discusses the realization of data layer, business layer, web layer and application client of the system. Based on distributed calculation, Enterprise JavaBeans, XML, RMI remote communication, object-oriented, database. The solution of key problems as follows is emphasized: the encapsulation of business logic, optimizing the efficiency of information disposal and how to ensure the security and integrity of data access.The main function of the system has been accomplished. The elementary application has been applied to medical treatment. The result shows that the technical route is reasonable and the scheme is rational and feasible.
