Design And Implementation Of Inspection Service Center And Its Multi-settlement Clearing System

As the third party inspection gradually dominating the inspection industry, this paper designs and implements an Internet Service Center of inspection for the third party inspection departments, in order to aggregating distributed detection resources to provide customers with a unified testing services. At the same time, aiming at unified settlement of the Biris Cloud platform, the multi-settlement clearing system is designed and implemented. Settlement system uses the multi-settlement protocol to accommodate settlement demands of platform users, receive and deal with thier accounting requests, and complete settlement tasks. In this paper, the inspection service center uses the multi-settlement clearing system to meet the needs of its own settlement, confirmed the availability and correctness of the clearing system.Firstly, according to the development status of Biris Cloud platform and the development of relevant industry and technology in China and abroad, this paper discusses the significance of the inspection service center and the multi-settlement clearing system, which clears the basic objectives of software implementation.The paper starts with the application scenarios of the inspection service center and the multi-settlement clearing system, and analyzes the requirements of the two systems through roles and functions. As for the clearing system of the platform, this paper proposes the problem of the diversity of settlement demand, and gives the solution: multi-settlement protocol, and expounds its function and restriction. To put the protocol into the system, its basic form, syntax rules, and how it generates, store, analyse and executes and so on are designed. And then the application scope of the clearing system is summed up. After that, the paper gives thr design of the system function, business process and database and so on. Finally, the realization method of the system key part is introduced, and the application case of the two system is presented.
