The Design And Implementation Of City Card Clearing And Settlement System

City card system is a electronic charge management system for city industries which is based on the public transportation business, expanded with business, used IC card (mainly non contact IC card) as the carrier between the consumer and operator, been the core means of delivery of consumer, service and settlement information, established by advanced computer, communications, security and IC card technology. In city area, through promote the use of unified platform, unified Clearing system, unified the secret key system and uniform technical standards IC card, consumers can be conveniently instead of cash settlement and arbitrary take public transport and cash payment with an IC card.This paper mainly design and implement the city card clearing and settlement system. Through needs analysis, completed the city card settlement system of the design, using the parallel and efficient, modular mechanism to improve system stability and efficiency, and use the key technology or special mechanism to ensure the normal business system, finally through the functional testing and performance testing, to ensure that the system can meet the design expectations and needs of the target. The main work is as follows:(1) Through analysis the city card clear settlement system demand, do system design, business process design, interface design and database design, to meet the city card clearing and settlement system of the overall requirements.(2) Through the design we realized the online concurrent transaction mechanism based on process pool, using message receiving module, message queues, transaction process pool, process pool management module and transaction processing module to reasonably divide online trading, ensure online parallel process performance of the system, and the stability of the online system, and adapt to unexpected situations, to improve online transaction accuracy, stability, and efficiency.(3) Through the design we realized city card settlement system of each module, including offline transaction module, online transaction module, batch processing module, financial summary module, log module and data exchange module, introduced every module structure with detailed descriptions, and explained the problems encountered in the process realize and their solutions in detail, explained the key technology or special mechanism, to achieve the city card settlement system.(4) Through the system functional testing, we verify the accuracy and effectiveness of each function module in the system, and through the system performance testing, we verify the efficiency and stability of every business in the system when dealing large amount of data. Through the function test and performance test for the system, the city card settlement system to meet the design requirements and expectations, system implementation success.
